The EPA/HUD required Refresher Lead Paint Class (RRP) is now available online.
Since there is no hands-on component, the certification is only good for 3 years.
The EPA/HUD required Initial Lead Paint Class (RRP) is only available live due to hands-on training requirements.

If two or more register together, you each get $10 off the cost of your class. If registering by phone, or by mail, you can simply deduct the $10 from each registration fee.
We love doing custom classes!
We will put on any class for any group. We have even done classes for a "group" of one person who needed EPA certification quickly! We have put on custom classes for: community colleges, employment training programs, several employees of one contractor, landlord associations, lead poisoning prevention centers, and at Lowes and Home Depot for their customers and contractors.
We have put on classes that were sponsored by Valspar Paints, Lowes, and Alside Supply as a way to show appreciation to their contractors.We can do classes that are sponsored by a lumber yard or home center, honoring or thanking their favorite contractors.

He has been a Michigan Licensed Residential Builder since 1992.
His college degree is in education, giving a balance of knowledge and real-world experience.
He is a member of Southeastern Michigan Building Officials and Inspectors Association--SEMBOIA
All of our instructors have experience in the building field.
